CARACTÈRES is located in the Hollerich district, at the 121, 123th “Adolphe Fischer” street and 15th “Commerce" street, and is naturally part of the "Nei Hollerich" project, which is redrawing the contours of the capital and contributing to the renewal of this site full of history, ambitions and vigour.

The rebirth of a neighbourhood driven by its history

Nestled on the former location of the Central Printing House, near the railway station whose neo-Baroque building is classified as a national monument, CARACTÈRES proudly bears the traces of its cultural heritage, feeds on the richness of its industrial past, to better project itself towards the future. The future of a renewed neighbourhood that is transforming itself into a “must-see” in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The development of CODIC HOME, named CARACTÈRES, pays tribute to the Imprimerie Centrale, a historic presence in the district, whose presses and rotaries have punctuated daily life for more than 60 years. The name is, therefore, a nod to history and, to prolong the metaphor, each residence will bear the name of a FONT: Arial, Berkeley, Calibri and Davis.
